After going with MakeFashion to the San Mateo Maker Faire, we would have never expected that only 3 weeks later we would be going with them to show on their runway at the Maker Faire Shenzhen!

It was a crazy tight timeline, but getting a chance to show our version of wearable tech on an international runway was huge for us. Our mission has always been, and will always revolve around breaking barriers surrounding disabilities. When people can see the power that design has in removing stigma surrounding disabilities…we then truly believe that the world will be a much kinder place.

Nadine Richards modelled for us and owned the runway.  Anyone who witnessed her energy and confidence will be able to attest to the shift in perception that is continuing to spread globally…she is a force to be reckoned with and we are so fortunate to have her as one of our muses!

Take a look at some of the highlights of the runway below!

It is also cool that Mini Cooper was one main sponsors for Maker Faire Shenzhen and put together a really cool commercial highlighting the event…Nadine was one of the highlights 😉
